Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of fluid left over after infection in ear which is due to eustachian tube dysfunction. It leads to creation of negative pressure inside ears. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take few preventive measures and along with that you should take antiallergic medication such as Levocetirizine and proper course of antibiotic such as Amoxicillin to suppress infection. Avoid intake of cold beverages and spicy, sharp and oily food. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for otoscopic examination and get audimetery testing as well and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should not prick ear with any sharp object. Put Otogesic ear drops.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
