What To Do After A Bite From Non Vaccinated Dog And Not Washing The Area For 30 Mins?

I was scrached by my friends dog a week ago while playing. It was on my feet. When I saw the scratch it was small but it bleed a little. There was mud at the sight of scratch. And I couldnot wash it for about 30 minutes. The dog is not vacinated. What to do?

Hello,
It is my privilege to be able to help you,
As you were bitten by a non vaccinated dog and you have not washed the wound for first 30 mins.
According to your history you had Cat III bite(Any animal bite wound with bleeding) and the dog was not vaccinated.
I would have suggested tetanus injection, Anti Rabies vaccine and Anti rabies Immunoglobulin.
Donot neglect even a small scratch in case of animal bite, because it is 100% fatal but 100% preventable.
Consult your doctor at the earliest for proper and adequate treatment.
