What To Do For A Psychological Problem?

I need a psych evaluation to secure housing and my psych forgot to send me one and it s due tomorrow. I remember looking over the one he sent me and not being very impressed with what he wrote.. It was merely a shorty summary of my psych problem (depression with suicide tendencies. I was wondering if there was a template online that I could use. It would make the process so much easier

Maybe you can talk to your own doctor about this and tell him to draft another evaluation for you because you feel like the one you already have isnt fit for you. otherwise you can go to another doctor.
