What To Do For Block In Bilateral Tubes

what is Bilateral blocked tubes. An what can i do to unblocked my tubes i am 37 my H.S.G report say the uterine outline appears normal. the left tube was fully opacified but no spill demonstrated. the righ tube opacified proximal 2/3only. no spill is seen on this side also contrast pools at the left fimbrial end
