What To Do For Blockage, Ringing In Ears After A Long Flight?

I have had blocked left ear which is ringing slightly for almost week now. No movement of the ear drum when tested so fluid behind it. We flew back from Australia last Saturday with a slight cold, but ears fine inflight. Woke up next day with this. Right ear slightly blocked with wax and ringing too. No pain.
