What To Do For Bulging Vein In Temple With Pain?

I have a bulging vein in my temple that is painful to touch. My head feels like it is going to explode but is not the feeling of a headache. My vision is blurry, I feel weak and very tired a lot lately. I would say I am a stressed person but that is how my life is always been so I usually function in it as best as I can.
