Hi, I an chronically tired....have been since little girl.....usually drink coffee and tea 2-3 times daily, but recently have been drinking energy drink to prepare for the hollidays. I now have nausea, leg cramp in left lower leg, and dizziness. What electrolyte could be out of balance?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, you must have some intolerance to some foods, like milk and milk products. Or there may be some chronic infection like tuberculosis, worm infestation, or anemia. The use of electrolytes may help for some time only, so you have to consume them continuously. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have X ray chest, stools for reducing substances, and other blood tests. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
