Pediatrician 's  Response
Brief answer:
Could be bronchitis, needs examination by pediatrician and nebulisation.

Detailed answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM.
I see similar cases in my clinic everyday.
A 5 month baby with congested chest, cough and cold might be suffering from brochiloitis.
In brochiloitis, nebulisation needs to be given and a complete chest examination by a pediatrician is mandatory.
I advice you to meet the pediatrician and get the child examined.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
