What To Do For Getting Re-leaved From Tingling In The Arm From The Shoulder To The Elbow?

I have tingling in my arm from my shoulder to my elbow my hand feels like it went to sleep it is kinda numb I have had this for a week I have taken Tylenol and icy hot regulary I was also prescribed muscle relaxers that are not helping this muscle pain is also in the back of my neck it is really painful I don t no wat else to do about this

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be due to the cervical spondylosis, or may be due to the athero sclerosis , if you are a smoker, or you have cholesterol.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.RI. for diagnosis.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken,
and sea foods till the symptoms come down.
