What To Do For Hands And Nose Ice Cold And Hard To Breath?

i was watching tv and suddenly my hands went ice cold and my whole body cramped up and my chest felt so crushed finding it hard to breathe. This has happened 4-5times in a year. My body just keeps shaking and only my hands and nose are ice cold. The rest of my body is warm

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The sudden onset of symptoms of cramping, extremities feeling ice cold, difficulty in breathing all suggest a panic attack.
The symptoms do not appear to be due to be due to any disease process but they appear to have a psychological basis.
I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist for clinical assessment, behavioral therapy and medication if required.
