What To Do For Headache And Soreness Due To A Fall?
Last night I fell from my chair and hit my head very hard onto our hard floor. I went right to sleep because of my medication I take at bedtime. This morning I woke up with a very bad headache and very sore neck.I have spinal stenosis and a very bad back and I am on 200 mcgof fentanyl and take 2 tylenol #4 for break through pain. These did not help my headache or my sore neck. I took 1 Advil muscle and joint and 1 Advil migraine medication. This did help some, but did not take all my pain away. This evening my upper thoracic and my neck pain is getting worse and my headache is still pounding. I also have 2large bumps one on the top of my head and one on the side of my head. Is it safe for me to take the two types of Advil with the medication that I am on for my back.

For the head injury this is rule that this need to be kept under the observation for couple of days, and some basic test need to be done like X-ray and CT of head, because any thing could happen during this time period, take care.
