I had unprotected sex with my gf and after a month i found irritation on my private part under foreskin when i checked i found a reddish area under the skin after a week it got invisible but itching is still there

The itching and rash seems most likely to be because of candidal balanitis
Topically you could use clotrimazole+steroid combination lotion or cream e.g clotrimazole + beclomethasone lotion, twice daily for 7 days.
I would also suggest an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150 mg, single dose.
