Hi. I have a rash in my vaginal area on the outer lips near the perineum. It is very very dry, occasionally itchy but it bleeds when it's scratched. There are tiny bumps all over it, that only raise slightly above the skin when they're scratched. I am not sexually active so there is no chance of me having an STD. There is also no type of discharge. I've had this same rash right under my breasts, but it wasnt as dry and went away within a couple weeks.
