mild diffuse disc bulge at L1/L2 to L5/S1 levels WITH NO NEUROLOGICAL DEFICIT IN LOWER LIMBS DOES NOT WARRANT IMMEDIATE SURGERY. SYMPTOMS CAN BE MANAGED CONSERVATIVELY BY AVOIDING FORWARD BENDING, DO SPINAL EXTENSION EXERCISE i.e. BENDING BACKWORDS, CORRECT ERRECT SPINAL POSITION AND PAIN RELIEVERS ON ADVISE OF DOCTOR IF NEED BE. ALSO IT IS ADVISABLE TO SLEEP ON HARD BED.
