What To Do For Nausea Followed By Appendix Removal?

I had my appendix out 3 weeks ago by lap had a small infection after and raised liver levels that were normal before im getting alot of pain in my left abdomen and i can feel a lump near the source of the pain also have extreme headache and nausea plus light headed any ideas would be great
