What To Do For Pancreatic Titus To Avoid Attacks?

I was told I have pancreatic titus in 1971. Since then I have had hundreds of attacks. Some last 10 minutes and some last hours. There is always very strong pain in the chest between my breasts and when I start feeling the pain in my back I know it will be gone soon. It makes my body very tired and painful after the attach. I have never been given any medication for this. The doctors told me in 1970 it is from stress. Can you tell me anything I can do to help the pain? These days when I get very nervous my throat drys up and it feels like I am breathing frozen air, then my chest starts hurting so much.

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. The pain in the chest is less likely due to pancreatic problems. If you are a known case , why are you not on medicines? I would advise you to go for sonography/ CT Scan of the abdomen and chest. Visit a Gastro surgeon and go for further treatment as there are medical advancements, they can put stents and so on on the merits of the given case.
