What To Do For Plasma In The Right Side Of Head That Is Causing Swelling?

i just receive a cat scan do to a plasma being in the right side of my head causing swelling.The doctor who exam me stated that he cant do anything about it ,do to it not being a infection or anything that can harm me however i have swelling an alot of presser. WHAT I DO TO GET THIS PROBLEM TO GO AWAY ON MY OWN?
