What To Do For Pupil Still Dilated After Surgery?

Hi, I had surgery 6 weeks ago to repair a tear on my iris I have vision back but my pupil still dilated have finished steroid drop 3 days ago pupil is 6.4 when measured doctor said he be surprised if it gets smaller it causes me discomfort with glare and some things would be a slight blur over it.. Please help

Hello
It seems from the history that you had a surgery for repair of tear of the iris and the dilated pupil is because of injury to the iris muscles.
If you are having glare and other eye problems, you can use miotic eye drops, but if the pupil is not responding you need to use iris contact lens to avoid glare.
