hi there the thing is i banged my left boob reali hard and it has been nearli a week it still feels swelled and i loose my breath regular and when i sneeze feels like a sharp pain running threw my left boob even when im leaning down it hurts what could this be? or can i get something to make me better?
According to your description the possibilities are: - Breast fat necrosis due to injury by hitting, which can lead to pain and swelling - Injury to local blood vessels can present as bruises and leads to pain - Sometimes hard hitting can injure nerves and rib bones and rarely causes pneumothorax that can lead to difficult in breathing.
As the pain and swelling are not getting reduced since one week, better to consult your Gynecologist once, get examined and if needed go for sonomammography. With this workup the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treated. Meanwhile you can take ice packs, analgesic and anti inflammatory medicines to decrease the pain and swelling.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
