What To Do For The Congestion In The Nasal Passage?

Hi! I ve had congestion in my nasal passages for 4 months. The CT Scan showed mild mucous thickening in the ethmoid sinuses. I ve had the deviated septum corrected, taken antibiotics and the prescribes cortisteroids such as Patanase, Astropro, Veramist, etc. to no avail. I do not have the major sinus symptoms. The only symptom is the congestion. It has gotten a better since the surgery, but my nasal passages are not clear. I breathe through my mouth most of the time.
