What To Do For The High Urea Level In Blood?

I have hiv and am on medication for two years now, I have being on lamivudine zidovudine and nevirapine, of recent I started having pains under my feet and body joints and fatigued all the time, after a blood test the doctor said urea level in my blood is high, what can I do to manage this side effect?

you may have side effect or you may have some kidney problem, go for complete renal function test. it will give you idea regarding your kidney status, and cause. so consult physician and search for the cause of high urea level, and then take treatment accordingly.
