What To Do For The Internal Blister In The Feet?

Hi there. I have an internal blister on the bottom on my foot , it does look like a dry blister with a dot in the middle and its sore when I walk on it . And feel like there s is something hard inside . Can you tell me what I can do to help healing it ?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if there is blister in the middle of the bottom of the foot then this could be dermatological condition and the chances of viral infection is very likely, better wait for some time and this would come around and the symptom does not improved then it need to be seen clinically, have a nice day.
