What To Do For The Pain In The Upper Abdomen After Increasing The Dosage Of Zantac?

I have recently moved from prilosec to zantac for my gerd symptons. 150 mg 2x daily was working fine then my md wrote a rx for the 300mg once /day. since i changed to 300 which i have been taking in am with breakfast i have been experiencing constant mild pain in my upper abdomen

You have gastroesophageal reflux disease and you are taking drugs for it.After increase a dose you felt some abdominal pain so consent your doctor for further suggestions.

I will advise you to do some diet modifications like....

Avoid spicy food ,citrus foods, coffee, chocolate...etc.

Drink more water per day.
Eat small amount of meal and chew properly.

Avoid immeadiatelying down after meal.
Elevate your head during sleeping.
