What To Do For The Tiredness And Lack Of Energy?

Can t believe I am talking to a computer, not know if the personon the other end is legite, but going to give it a try. I have been to my regular doctor, an alergist, I have had blood work done, everything comes out normal, but still can t understand why I always seem to have to take deep breaths, I am always tired, have no enery. Could it be I need to see a heart type specialist?

Hi.
liked the way you put up the question.
''have to take deep breaths, I am always tired, have no energy'' = look to be more of a psychological cause than the real physical reason, lease about the heart.
I think a person with these similar complaints must take a holiday out- rest- reassure oneself.
Consult a Routine Doctor for a bit of an anxiety related medicines. as your blood work is normal and you have already been seen by a Doctor.
