While my skin tends to be oily while wearing makeup, my skin is usually dry and flaky at the same time. Even putting slightly more lotion on the dry parts of my skin will cause acne to form in it's place. No skin care products I have used can fight either of these problems. Also, my skin is uneven and I am prone to mild to moderate acne. What skin care products or ingredients can help my problems? Thanks!
