What To Do For Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever And Cold?
Both my husband and I woke up with vomiting, diarrhea, dizzyness, zero energy (to the point of not being able to stand for more than 2-3 mins) Fever and cold chills. We were in bed sleeping for over 24 hours except to get water and run to the bathroom. What could this be?

Hi,
From history it seems that you got acute gastro-enteritis due to some food poisoning.
It also seems that you both might be having dehydration problem.
Go to ER and get examined.
You may require IV fluids and iv antibiotics.
Meanwhile take plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquid.
Ok and take care.
