You can get certain changes in diet and lifestyle
Consume small meals rather than 3 big meals please refer
carbohydrate exchange serving for the right portion of cereal.
Avoid simple sugars like juices, sweets, carbonated drinks,refined cereals starches.
Consume more of fresh vegetables with 1-2 fruit servings in a day.
Reduce consumption of salt and sodium sources.
Take out time daily for exercise for minimum of 45 minutes a day.
Avoid goitrogens like cabbage ,cauliflower, brocolli, soyabeans, radish, greentea.
