Good Morning, I have been on a diet for the past 4 months. My blood surgar was around 130 before the diet and A1C was 6.2 two weeks ago I saw my family doctor and my blood surgar was 500 and A1C was 9.5 and now 4 months I have lost 30 pounds and was a 56-58 now I am a 50 - 52 chest size now and lost inches everywhere. I drink 160 ounce of water/Gatoraide 2 a day. Today I fell like week. He told me to keep up my weight lost. I am taking 1.0mg of metformin per day. I live in Tampa and he is in Tennessee. My personal Suggestion to you is to avoid all commercial drinks for a month, continue your exercise, continue to lose weight, check your blood sugars for appropriate dose adjustment. i am confident that you will do fine. wishing the best for you!
