Sir; Ring finger of left hand of my 4 yrs+ daugter was amputed in door and plastic surgeon has tried to stiched it as it was in connection with little skin( but as per them it was dead on reaching hospital) but it was complete black after 3 days so Drs removed that portion of finger ...now I wish to know what options do i am left with it... I trust my dr. as he is well experienced plastic surgeon with more than 15 yrs expertise in SMS hospital Jaipur( rajasthan) India...He said the finger will grow but will be little small and only the nail won`t be there .....I am very tensed for my Daughter Manish haldia YYYY@YYYY
It may be contact allergic dermatitis most probably.Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply mild steroid cream. Take oral steroid i tapering dose along with antihistaminic under observation of doctor.Avoid contact with suspected allergens.
