What To Do If Having Continuous Bleeding After Missing A Depo Shot After Having An Abortion?

hi, i had an abortion in may this year and just before i let i got the depo injection, however i missed my second injection by just over a week and now i wont stop bleeding, it really hurts sometimes and is getting in the way of my normal life, is there anything i can do?
