What To Do If Having Dark Circles Around Eyes And Always Feeling Sleepy Even If Had Enough Sleep?

I wonder why I am having dark circles around my eyes. I feel dizzy all the time though I have had enough sleep at night. My blood pressure is around 90/70, seems to go down at 90/60, my highest pressure is 110/70. Please tell me what I need to know, thank you.

Hello
Welcome to HCM.
You feel dizzy inspite of having enough sleep.
The most probable reason for this problem is your low blood pressure.
For this, you should increase the fluid intake in your diet. You can have fruit juices, lime water, simple water, butter milk etc. Also increase amount of salt in your diet.
If still the Blood pressure does not reaches normal, consult your physician.
I would also advise you to get your hemoglobin level tested. Iron deficiency can cause dark circles around eyes.

Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
