What To Do If Having Dizziness After Biopsy Due To Cyst On Thryroid?

I have a cyst (nodule) that is 1/2 inch big on the left side of my thyroid gland. I just had a biopsy done today at 10:00 am. It is now 5:00 pm and I still feel a bit dizzy. Is that normal? Will I be ok tomorrow? I had a mild heart attack in March and I hope it is not a symptom of another heart attack.

Hi
minimal dizziness can be a very rare side effect of a thyroid FNAB.In my opinion you will be fine tomorrow, but if not my advice is to contact imediately the doctor that perform the FNAB.Even a heart attack can cause dizziness due to a reduction of blood flow to the brain. It is difficult to determine the real cause anyway the follow up of your heart function is very very important in your case.
