I have been having alot of trouble with my blood pressure and medications, fish oil, exercise, weight loss, changed my diet nothing is working my blood pressure runs 212 over 134 on average I have to check it hourly with a monitor my Doctor has no explanation and the headache I have had since October is killing me what can I do

If i were your treating doctor i would like to know few details like Your age History of Hormonal disorders History of smoking and Alcohol History of any medications apart from anti hypertensives
There are varied causes for hypertension resistant to medications. your blood pressure is very high and you need immediate medical attention to get evaluated for the cause.
Apart from regular exercise and being fit, a combination of medications aid for better control. Hope my advise will be helpful to you. Will be happy to answer any further concerns.
