What To Do If Having Myometrial Fibroids In Uterus And Cysts In Ovaries And Two Months Pregnant?

Age 41,height 5.5 ft, weight 68 kg.She has 7-8 myometrial fibroids in uterus with largest in anterior upper wall with 6.7X6.7 cm whereas in posterior wall with 5.1X3.7 cm. Also right ovary has highly placed towards RIF measuring 3.6X1.6 cm. A h agic cyst of 2X1.6 cm. Left unilocular cyst 5.1X5.1X6.3 cm. Primarily seen in cul de sac on left side. No septation or solid component. Now she is pregnant of almost two months for the first time.What should she do now? What is safe for her?

You don't have to anything for the fibroid or for the cyst. Fibroid can create a problem in normal delivery. Your gynaec will take care of it. Whatever has to be done for fibroid has to be done after delivery. As far as cysts are concerned they are not very big and nothing needs to be done right now except for follow up.
