What To Do If Having Pain In Knees After Having Many Hamstring Tears, Knee Injuries?
Hi, my name is Victor. I played football and other sports in high school. Ive had hamstring tears on both legs w/o corrective surgery. Also, knee injuries. Now that im 35 im starting to feel the pain, especially in both kness. My hamstrings have always been very week through the years. Is the combination of these injuries finally catching up to me. The pain is very intense, but comes and goes and is happening more frequently. Is there something i can do about this?

Hello, Thanks for your query. For knee pain due to hamstring weakness, you have to do hamstring and quadriceps strengthening exercises.Start doing warm fomentation with rubber bag over knee for at least 3 times a day. Take a good analgesic like advil or aleeve. Avoid squatting movements at knee. I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
