General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

After evaluation of your question, kindly find my answer below.
* Abdomen cramps can be part of the recovery of post-surgery, intestine adhesions or else.
* The vaginal bleed is alarming and must be evaluated for possible pelvic infection or else.
* In my clinic, I recommend a per vaginal speculum examination with ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for best initial work up here.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
