What To Do If Sugar Levels Drop In A Detox Diet?

hi I am starting a new detox diet from doctor mark hyman - currently taking 10mg of escitalopram, 10mg lisinopril and 40mg of atorvastatin. I just started my detox today consisting of fish, vegetables and healthy fats like fish oil avacados nuts and extra virgin olive oil no starches or sugars or alchohal. im concerned though that this diet is super healthy for me that my blood sugar level might drop to rapidly during first couple days of this diet want to know what I should do. thanks

Those are good medicines and not a pretty good diet although avocados have calories and fat. In that context, while certainly many people would feel deprived, low sugar would NOT be expected to happen from it.

All that being said. Weight loss is not due to what you eat but what you DON'T eat. The feeling of deprivation is one of many triggers responsible for the over 90% failure rate of the silly practice of using food selection to attempt to change weight.
