My one month baby is having motion of 20 to 25 times a day if she is not sleeping and also white foam like motion some times. We consulted a pediatric Doctor and suggested us to give Xymex syrup, 5 Monocef injection for 5 days and do stool test. We found Pus cell of 15-20 in stool but instead of injection we gave Gudcef syrup for (5 drops) 2 times & 2 days and did test again and now pus cell is 10-12 and when we asked doctor again she suggested Walamycin syrup (1/2 tsp full) 4 times a day for 5 days as we do not want to give injection if not required. She is urinating 10-12 times if not sleeping and less if sleeping.She cries when she needs feeding. Please suggest we should give Walamycin syrup or Monocef injection.
