What To Do If The Head Feels Strained After Coughing Hard?

I coughed so hard I thought I was going to throw up,and when I stopped my head felt strained and an hour later it's still feeling like something's wrong,I don't want to go to sleep cause I'm afraid I'm popped a blood vessel or something or I have like a bleed.it hurts really bad& it's scaring me.

This type of head pain on coughing is usually seen in Sinusitis.
I advise you to take Levocetrizine and get Xray of PNS done.
Also, steam inhalation should be done3-4 times a day.
For severe pain in head you might take Tab Crocin.
