What To Do If Voice Is Changing After Being Diagnosed With Goiter?

I have been coughing for about 5 months now, I have a goiter, but nothing is cancerous. I do have high levels in my adrenal glands. I am starting to worry because my voice is changing. It is getting higher pitched. I have been on everything a pump, nasonex, dynista, prednasone, byclora,, mucnex, but I am still coughing. However, I do have rest periods where I don't cough as much when taking the medicine. But now that my voice is changing, I am worried.
