What To Do If Whole Back Goes Numb While Having Backpain?

i get very bad pain in my lower back simply just standing and wwhen i walk the pain gets very unbearable and my back goes numb it goes up my spine and into my neck if i try and walk thru the pain i start sweating and my whole back is numb and i feel as though i am gonna pass out

Numbness of the back itself is usually not worrisome. The sweating and feeling of passing out sounds like an acute reaction to pain, so you need medications to nip the painful episodes in the bud before they escalate. But the type of medication depends on how long you've been getting this pain. And if it's been months, then you need testing, beginning with x-rays.
