What To Do In Case Of A Chest Pain During Work Out?
I have been working out for the last 7 years. About a year ago I reached my peak in performance, however, I have been experiencing chest pain hours after my workout, my lips are red dry and with fewer volume. My throat and chest feel dry as well. I feel that there is something wrong going on.
Hello You didn't mention about the condition of heart , mere mention of chest pain is nothing to establish any diagnosis. Peak workout means full exertion and pain in the chest may be due to these possibilities , these includes. 1 Coronary artery disease , so please get in E C H O and e k g . 2 Decrease in stamina due reduced lung capacity , so please get in LUNG FUNCTION TEST as lung volume , pco2 , po2 capacity . 3 Deficiency of calcium and decrease in hemoglobin level are two another most common causes of such pain . Get in blood examination for calcium and hemoglobin level. In my opinion consult a Cardiologist and get his opinion. Good luck.
