What To Do To Relieve Severe Neck Pain That Is Causing Difficulty To Turn Head?
Im having very severe neck pains on the right side.....it hurts to even turn my head to the right. I woke up this morning and the pain has lasted all day. I took ibuprofen 200mg earlier with no relief. The only relief I had was when my girlfriend massaged my back, ironically. She said it is probably a gas bubble in my neck or back. What can I do to aleaveate this terrible pain?
