my testis is not well rounded. I can feel that it change like a cashew nut. what it does mean. I am 50 yr right now

Normally shape of testis may change due to contraction and relaxation of scrotal sac muscles.
During cold it may be contracted and testes looking alright,in hot weather it becomes loose.
But as you are 50 you consult your doctor for physical examination to have better idea.
