You are having pharyngitiis and possibly tonsillitis also. You need to gargle with warm salt water. Avoid eating hard, irritating, hot food. Consume warm liquids. Show to the ENT Surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment.

IRRITANT DERMATIITS....It is due to exoallergens..,or contact allergen.,
1) Topica;l application of Soothing lotion ..calamine..,
2) Tab ..cetrizine 10 mg dily for 10 days.,
3) Apply Betamethasone and gentamycin on the affected part.,
4) Tab..Ofloxacin 200 mg ,... 2times daily for 3 days..,ok..good luck.,
