What Treatment Can Be Taken For Ankylosing Spondylitis?

I am suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis since 20 years. am aged 36 years. I have 80% degeneration in right hip joint. Am under Salazaar-1000, 2 times a day. I suffer from severe right leg pain. Unable to walk, sit properly or even sleep. Pls advise me.

In ankylosing spondylitis there is progressive degeneration of spine and limb joint especially hip joint.You need to have physical examination along with x-ray of the diseased joint. Generally,if there is severe arthritis of a joint then it's replacement is the only answer to have pain free movement.
You may continue with the same medication.
