you should consult orthopedic surgeon and get treatment for the ailments simple traction and physiotherapy and using belts may help orthopedic surgeon will guide you best and decide the type of treatment you require

these kind of problems are easily curable in physiotherapy.
i would like to suggest u tht . u do sum light sretches of hamstring, quads and calfs. after hot fomentation.
and back extension exercise for ur vertebral problem.
and tk sum INTERFERENTIAL THERAPY for ur pain. tht will be available in physio clinics.
definitely ur problem will cum down
