What Treatment Can Help With Ongoing Pain From Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, And Degenerative Discs?

Hi I ve been struggling with pain mostly on the right side of my body. I was first diagnosed with tennis elbow and received medical treatment but the pain and discomfort continued. I later consulted a neurosurgeon which recommended surgery but I opted using various medications. I then discovered that prednisone helped with my pain but I gained alot of weight. I then consulted a rheumatologist and after doing bloodtests I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and osteo arthritis and fibromialgie and prescribed a handful of medications such as Salazopyrin 50mg, coxleon 200mg, 5 x Methotrexate 2,5 once a week, Plasmoquine 5 days a week, folic acid, tramazac, calciferol once a week and Trepiline. I ve been using these medication for 17months now but I am still experiencing the same pain lately more in my right hip area... My question is who else and what else can I do to get help. I also consulted a physio therapist and a chiropractor. I told my treating rheumatologist that the medication does not help.. I also went for scans which showed degenerative discs in my neck area and lower back... Please help!!!
