What Treatment Do You Suggest For Very Inflamed Red And Painful Boil On The Inner Thigh?

I have a big boil on my inner thigh very inflamed red and painful for about a week now can barely walk I've done hot compresses all week as much as I can and I've done some home remedy treatments Aswell tea tree oil etc I can tell the infection is at the surface but It won't drain I'm trying to avoid lancing because it's very very painful and needle numbing doesn't affect me so they always have to do an iv with anthestic I need help really terrified to go again to get lanced any advice would be great

If not settling definitely needs draining
