No fluid seen in pouch of Douglas Conclusion:- Bilateral Ovarian Haemorrhagic cyst/ Endometriotic Cyst. I need to know is there any major concern to be look into this..? I have taken this to gynac she suggested to go for Orval L 21 for 2 months after a gap of 7 days. My question here is , why the birth control pill in case of cyst? wont this pill affect the body and the fertility? I am bit hesitant to use birth control pills Since 1.5 years of marriage we have been using protection. Please advice if the recommend prescription is safe to be followed. wont this have any future problems..?

Firstly why was USG done, if you have no complaints? Such vague reports have no credibility. No need to take any medicines as of now. Repeat USG Lower abdomen after one month. If the findings still are the same ,talk to a senior MD Gynecologist till such time keep using condoms during the unsafe period. Avoid drugs as far as possible, this is my experience & advice to all.
